Free Standard Delivery on all UK orders when you spend over £80.
All UK shipments are dispatched via:
- Royal Mail 1-2 working days – £5.99
- Royal Mail 2-3 Working Days –£3.99
Royal Mail 1-2 Day Delivery If Ordered Before 12pm : If your order is placed after 1pm this will be picked and shipped the next working day.
If ordered before 1pm Monday – Thursday, your item will be delivered in 1-2 working days. Please note if ordered after 3pm on a Friday your items will not be dispatched until Monday.
Ordered after 1pm it will be 1-2 days from shipping confirmation.
Royal Mail 2-3 Day Delivery:
If ordered before 1PM Monday – Friday, your items will be delivered 2-3 working days from shipping confirmation
Once you item has been shipped you will receive an email shipping confirmation.

Delivery usually takes between 10-15 working days.
BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERY
Working days are defined as Monday to Friday and exclude Bank Holidays and weekends.
All orders placed over the UK Bank Holiday will not be dispatched until the next working day. If you place your order after 12pm on the Friday or over the Bank Holiday weekend this will not be dispatched until the Tuesday.

All transactions are processed via Sage Pay and are encrypted for your safety.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Rose Gold Boutique, for a full refund.
Order cancellations must be made in writing within 7 working days of your goods being delivered and you must include your order number.

If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us. Please read the Return or Exchange an item section below.
Return or exchange an item:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.
However delivery charges are only refundable if you have received goods that are faulty and a refund is made.
- Underwear or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
All Items purchased in our sales are not eligible for a refund only exchanged for store credit.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we advise that you send the parcel tracked and signed, using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.
Please include whether you want an exchange/refund in your parcel.
If the item you receive is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for your return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
If your parcel is returned back to us as undelivered, your items will be automatically refunded and an email will be sent advising, you will have to place the order again. Your parcel will be held at the post office for 18 days and this is your responsibility to arrange for a re-delivery, please check your tracking at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
